While creating lawn ornaments for Christmas in 2018, I discovered that I enjoy painting. I continued to paint after the Christmas season and it evolved into a hobby. I ultimately became interested in different techniques and learned with each creation. It’s become a great form of relaxing therapy for me, an outlet to express my creativity and something I look forward to.

I created this website simply to display my creations. I’m not interested in pursuing this to make money (with the exception of somebody willing to pay $1,000,000 or more for one of my paintings!). My thought is that the minute I accept one cent for one of my paintings, it becomes a job, not a hobby. I do it for the enjoyment of the process and the sense of accomplishment when they turn out to my liking.

I originally stated that I didn’t desire any feedback. However, I now view that as a potentially useful tool to gather opinions to help me choose directions and understand what I’m better at. I welcome all comments, both positive and constructive. Due to the number of paintings I’ve created, I edited the website in 2026 to separate them into subject areas rather than one huge gallery. I hope that you find this a simple pleasure to visit now and then and it brings something positive to your day. Enjoy!
